Cancellation Policy & Illness Guidelines
As my schedule has grown fuller, it’s become more challenging to refill last-minute openings. To keep things sustainable and to ensure availability for those who are waiting the following applies:
– Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee.
– Cancellations within 24 hours (or no-shows) will be charged 100% of the session fee.
– If you are I am able to fill your spot—either from the waitlist or through someone you refer—no fee will be charged.
– Each regular client receives one waived late cancellation per calendar year. I understand that life happens, and I want to meet that with compassion.
This applies to all sessions, including prepaid packages, since the time is still held just for you.
If you are feeling sick, even just a little bit. Please call to cancel or reschedule. I won’t charge a cancellation fee for this as it’s often a rare occurrence. If it becomes a regular occurrence I may need to apply the cancellation fee. Most illnesses are often contraindicated for massage while in the beginning or acute phase. I certainly don’t want you to feel worse off after a session. It’s also important for me to stay healthy so that I can show up for everyone.
