Cancellation Policy

As my schedule has grown fuller, it’s become more challenging to refill last-minute openings. To keep things sustainable (and to ensure availability for those who are waiting), I’m adjusting my cancellation policy:

New Policy (Effective 7/12/25)
– Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee.
– Cancellations within 24 hours (or no-shows) will be charged 100% of the session fee.
– If I’m able to fill your spot—either from the waitlist or through someone you refer—no fee will be charged.
Each client receives one waived late cancellation per calendar year. I understand that life happens, and I want to meet that with compassion.

This applies to all sessions, including prepaid packages, since the time is still held just for you.
